Our service technicians check pre-filters, main filters, ionizers, cleaning mechanisms, blowers, and safety-related components and ensure that all components operate according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Many of our systems have washable and reusable filter elements, which lowers operating costs and significantly increases service life. Thanks to our 24/7 concept, a contact person is available to you within a very short time. Our first level can already answer a large proportion of your questions via remote diagnostics using standardized processes.

If, in turn, an on-site assignment is necessary, it is usually possible to schedule and implement an LTA service within 24 hours. If larger measures and/or customer-specific spare parts should be required, the period may be extended accordingly.

Due to its membership in the Junker Group, LTA Service can access the Junker Group’s service locations worldwide.

We also work with cooperation partners who are trained accordingly and can meet the same quality standards as LTA employees.

In addition to the classic service services, as described on the page, we also offer service from the individual specialist areas.

  • Our technical department can use FEM tools to create complex flow models and thereby, for example, optimize the structural design of enclosures. With the help of our 3-D construction software, we also offer collision checks for multi-layer structures.
  • Our project team coordinates orders in which external or neutral testing institutes such as IbEXu or TÜV may also be required. These include magnesium applications or other applications in which critical gas and vapor phases or explosive dusts are created.
  • Extensive measurements such as measurement of aerosol concentrations up to 400 mg/m³, noise level measurements and pressure measurements are not only standard for service activities, but can also be commissioned separately.
  • Complementary products round off our portfolio in the area of sales, so that we are also happy to provide advice in the area of service with regard to cleaning systems and cleaning agents.
