Efficient filtration solutions for entire production areas and halls

A central extraction system from LTA is always the best choice when several machine tools, machining centers or complete hall areas need to be reliably freed from emulsion mist, oil mist, smoke or dust. In contrast to decentralized individual solutions, all relevant emission sources are connected via a common pipeline system, so that the filtration can be centrally bundled. The result is safe, clean and economical process air – for people, machines and the environment.

LTA central extraction systems stand for the highest quality and are ideally suited for production companies that value process reliability, sustainable air purification and compliance with all legal requirements. Thanks to our decades of experience and our innovative strength, we create systems that meet even the highest demands.

How Do Centralized Extraction Systems Work?

A central extraction system from LTA functions as a well-thought-out overall system in which all components interlock perfectly. First, aerosols or dusts are captured directly at the respective machines and transported to the central filter unit via a flow-optimized pipeline system. The actual filtration then takes place there – depending on the application, with electrostatic or mechanical filter stages that reliably separate even the finest particles. The cleaned air is then either returned to the production hall or discharged into the open air in a controlled manner.

On request, the separated coolant can also be recovered and returned to the machine’s circuit. All processes are monitored via a central control system, which increases both operational safety and efficiency. Thanks to modern, energy-optimized fan technology, the systems operate particularly quietly and economically. Optionally, a CIP cleaning function can be integrated, which minimizes maintenance effort and ensures consistently high separation rates even with long machine running times.

When is a central extraction system the right choice?

A central extraction system is particularly recommended when:

  • several emission sources are operated at fixed locations,
  • a pipeline system already exists or is planned,
  • high volume flows are required,
  • a constant and consistently high separation performance is required,
  • an economical, low-maintenance overall solution is preferred,
  • large halls, machining islands or linked production lines are to be extracted simultaneously.

LTA central extraction systems can integrate both electrostatic filtration systems and mechanical systems for dust and smoke. This allows them to operate flexibly across the entire spectrum of industrial air purification.
