At our customer Erdrich Umformtechnik GmbH, an electrostatic E 480-1 filtration system from LTA was installed and successfully connected to multiple machines. The system captures contaminated process air directly at the points of origin and reliably purifies it from oil and emulsion mist. Particularly noteworthy is that the cleaned exhaust air is subsequently discharged outside.
This creates a clean and sustainable solution for production, employees, and the entire working environment. Electrostatic filtration systems are particularly suitable for applications in the metalworking industry where oil mist and emulsion mist must be reliably separated. Through the central connection of multiple machines, process air can be efficiently captured, cleaned, and discharged.
